Our 3 Mil Gloss Thermal Laminating Film is a polyester base layer film with a standard homopolymer adhesive. Homopolymer adhesive films activate at a higher temperature range than their co-polymer counterparts providing a cost-effective alternative to the budget conscious user and can be referred to as Nap-Lam I or school film.

To ensure a lamination film is a match with your laminator, check that the core size, film width, film thickness and heat settings are compatible prior to ordering.

12" x 500' 3 mil Homopolymer 1" Core. The size of the core often correlates to the length of the roll, since a longer roll requires a thicker mandrel to support it. Ensure compatibility with your laminating machine by purchasing film within its specifications. Please call us with any questions!

* It is quite possible that variances from the above recommended temperature settings may be necessary due to type and thickness of a particular substrate ambient (surrounding) temperatures, humidity or type and make of laminator. The temperature may need to be higher when laminating thicker media or substrates on a continuous basis.
