Cut Substrates the easy way with the Helios substrate cutter. This unit features a strong anodized aluminum base that incorporates dual cutting tracks, one for the utility blade and another for the standard cutting wheel. It is fitted with an integral leveling adjustment allowing the cutting bar to sit flat on any thickness of material up to ¾” (20mm) thick. The cutting head includes a magnetic blade magazine which accepts utility blades and acrylic scoring blades. A 45mm textile cutting wheel and holder is also included as standard equipment.

The Helios can be used on almost any work surface as two full length silicone strips on the underside will prevent slippage of it while protecting your work surface.

The Helios general purpose cutter allows sign and graphic production shops to cut a wide range of sign material. Each cutter includes 100 Medium Duty Utility blades, 1 acrylic Scoring blade, and 1 textile blade as standard equipment.
